How quickly will I see progress?
Most students notice increased confidence within 4–6 sessions. Grade improvement at the next formal assessment typically follows within a term, though this varies depending on the student's starting point and frequency of sessions.
How do you keep parents informed?
After every session we send a short summary of what was covered, what went well, and what to focus on before the next session. For longer-term students we also provide termly progress updates.
What if my child misses a session?
Life happens — we ask for 24 hours' notice where possible. Missed sessions can usually be rescheduled or made up in the following week.
Do you offer any trial sessions?
Yes. We offer a free 20-minute introductory call to discuss your child's needs, followed by an optional first session at our normal rate so you can see the approach before committing to a longer arrangement.
